Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026 (analytics added)

This policy explains what information is handled when you visit darkhorsetraders.com (the "Site"). The Site is run by Darkhorse Traders LLC ("we", "us"), Tucson, Arizona.

The short version

The Site only shows what we do. It has no ads, no newsletter, no contact form and no accounts. We count visits with a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool, and we never sell personal information.

Server logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical information when your browser loads a page, so it can deliver the page and protect the Site from attacks and abuse. This can include:

• your IP address,
• your browser type and device information (user agent),
• the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request.

We use this information only to keep the Site available and secure and to count visits. We do not use it to build profiles, track you across sites or advertise to you. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the Site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It reports totals like page views, referring sites, country and device type. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to see how the Site appears in search results. These tools report search data that Google and Microsoft already collect from their own search engines; they add nothing to the Site that tracks you.

Cookies

The Site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Content from other sites

Some images on the Site load from our own product sites and from YouTube's image servers. When your browser loads those images, those servers receive the same kind of basic technical information described above. Links to other websites, including our product sites and CodyKeegan.AI, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

If you email us

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and we do not add you to any list.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Because the Site does not collect personal information beyond the server and analytics data described above, we usually hold none that identifies you. To make a request, email info@darkhorsetraders.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
